35! I made it! Something I have tried to embrace i

35! I made it! Something I have tried to embrace is the mindset that Birthdays (and aging) are a privilege. As anyone who’s lost someone knows, birthdays aren’t guaranteed!

Birthdays always are a time of reflection for me. Some of the hardest days of my 30s have been in the last few months. My mental health has truly become my main focus. With a lot of changes, therapy and work, in the last few months I am also seeing the most growth I’ve had in my 30s. I’ll always be in awe of our minds and how shifts in our thoughts can totally change everything!!

With these changes has come a new level of vulnerability and I love that I have been able to share some of it here! I never thought I’d be talking about singleness on social media. Especially sharing about how hard it can be and my desire to be dating. Thanks to everyone that has been so supportive and positive, you are making it easier to keep sharing!

Even with the tough, I am also so thankful for the past year! I’m proud of the work I’ve done and truly excited for what is to come.

Here’s to another year!
